Market research/price survey – procurement of turf rehabilitation services for the rugby stadium 'Aya' located in Kutaisi city and the rugby stadiums in Avchala and 'Shevardeni' in Tbilisi city

The LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (ID 206074193) plans to procure services for the rehabilitation of the playing surfaces of the rugby stadiums located in:

“Aia” Rugby Stadium in Kutaisi (ID 03.05.22.934)

Avchala Rugby Stadium in Tbilisi (ID 01.11.05.027.019)

“Shevardeni” Rugby Stadium in Tbilisi (ID 01.17.11.032.008)

(CPV – 77300000).

In order to conduct the procurement procedures, it is necessary to determine the estimated cost of the procurement object.

The procurement may include an advance payment, up to a maximum of 25% of the construction works cost, provided as an unconditional, non-revocable advance payment secured by a bank guarantee.

Accordingly, interested parties are requested to submit their proposals/offers, taking into account the attached technical specifications, requirements, and Annex N2 (cost estimate), no later than 17:00 on April 15 of the current year.
