Market Research - the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for a standard multifunctional complex, to be located in the city of Tsalenjikha

    The LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (Identification No. 206074193) intends to procure services (CPV: 71200000) for the preparation of design and cost-estimation documentation for a standard multifunctional complex with a seating capacity of 250 spectators, to be located in the city of Tsalenjikha.

For the purpose of ensuring the proper conduct of the procurement procedures, it is necessary to determine the estimated value of the procurement, as well as to assess the general experience of bidders and/or personnel interested in participating in the electronic tender/competition for the procurement of the above-mentioned services.

An advance payment may be provided in the course of the procurement process in an amount not exceeding 10% of the total value of Stages I, II, and III of the first phase of the services to be rendered, subject to the submission of an unconditional and irrevocable advance payment bank guarantee.

In light of the above, interested parties are hereby invited to submit their proposals/offers, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference, no later than April 16 of the current calendar year, by 17:30, in compliance with Annex No. 2 (the price must be indicated excluding VAT).
