market research - design and construction works for the development of padel courts and tennis courts (Design-Build) on a land plot located in the city of Baghdati

LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (Identification Code: 206074193) intends to procure design and construction works (CPV-45200000) for the development of padel courts and tennis courts (Design-Build) on a land plot located in the city of Baghdati (Cadastral Code: 30.11.32.654). 

For the purpose of conducting the procurement procedures, it is necessary to determine the estimated value of the procurement object as well as the experience of the bidder. An advance payment may be provided under the procurement, in an amount not exceeding 25% of the total cost of construction works, subject to the submission of an unconditional, irrevocable bank guarantee securing the advance payment.

 Accordingly, if you are interested, please submit your proposal/offer no later than April 16 of the current year, by 17:00, in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Terms of Reference and specifications, and based on Annex No. 2 (Bill of Quantities/Cost Estimate).
