Market research – Procurement for the construction (restoration, reinforcement, and other completion works) of kindergartens (CPV-45200000) for 50 (fifty) children in Mestia Municipality, in the villages of Mazeri and Cholashi, and in Mestia town

The LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (ID: 206074193) plans to procure the construction of kindergartens (restoration, reinforcement, and other remaining works) for 50 children in Mestia Municipality, in the villages of Mazeri (ID: 42.09.33.016), Cholashi (ID: 42.05.34.045), and the town of Mestia (ID: 42.06.42.037) (CPV-45200000).

To conduct the procurement procedures, it is necessary to determine the estimated cost of the procurement object and the experience of the applicant, which will be taken into account for the tender announced for the procurement.

During procurement, an advance payment may be considered up to 25% of the construction cost (unconditional, non-revocable, based on a bank guarantee ensuring advance settlement).

Based on the above, if interested, please submit your proposal/offer, in accordance with the attached technical specifications, requirements, and Annex N2 (cost estimate), along with a signed market research table, no later than 17:00 on April 17 of this year.
