Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessments of the rehabilitation and operation of Tskaltubo and Telavi waste water treatment plants

Rehabilitation of the Tskaltubo and Telavi waste water treatment plants will be implemented within the Sustainable Wastewater Management Project (SWMP) financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. The World Bank is the administrator of the SWMP.

 

Preliminary EIA reports of the Tskaltubo and Tealvi WWTP are be elaborated based on the feasibility studies undertaken for the two WWTPs; while the EIA reports will be elaborated based on the technical specifications and detailed designs of the WWTPs. Public Consultations meetings to discuss EIA reports will be held according the legislation of Georgia.
