The LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (ID No. 206074193) plans to procure services (CPV: 71200000) for the preparation/development of design and cost-estimation documentation for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of the existing football club “Chikhura” in the city of Sachkhere.
For the purpose of conducting the procurement procedures, it is necessary to determine the estimated value of the procurement object, as well as the experience of the bidder/personnel. Accordingly, if interested, you are kindly requested to submit your proposal/offer, taking into account the attached Terms of Reference and requirements, no later than April 16 of the current year, by 16:00, in accordance with Annex No. 3 (the price must be indicated excluding VAT).
An advance payment may be considered in an amount not exceeding 10% of the total value of Stages I, II, and III of the first phase of the services to be rendered, subject to the submission of an unconditional and irrevocable advance payment bank guarantee.
