Design on a New Building of Tbilisi Public School N67 is to Begin

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure (MRDI) is to begin the design of a new building of Public School N67, located on Kote Abkhazi St. in Tbilisi City.

The MDF has signed a corresponding contract with the bidding winner company.

Within the project, a new building, designed to accommodate 450 students and meeting modern standards, will be constructed on the grounds of the existing school.

The design will take into account requirements for a building permit, building safety, energy efficiency, and the creation of an accessible environment for students with special educational needs.

As per design, classrooms, a library, and a lab will be arranged at Tbilisi Public School N67. Modern heating, water supply, and sewage system will be installed, and the school grounds will be landscaped and planted with greenery.

Given the location of the school, the requirements of the cultural heritage protection zone will be taken into account during the development of the design.
