Construction of Tbilisi Public School №11 Continues

Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure (MRDI) - Revaz Sokhadze, along with Deputy Minister - Mzia Giorgobiani, and Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) – Giorgi Shonia, inspected the construction work at the site of Tbilisi Public School №11.

The MDF is building a new school for 650 students that will be equipped in accordance with modern educational standards.
The project cost exceeds GEL 14.3 million and its execution is funded by the Government of Georgia (GOG).

The MRDI is implementing construction and rehabilitation projects of public schools as per the list of priority schools, determined by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia (MESY). The MESY identifies the infrastructural needs and priorities of schools, whereas the MRDI, through the MDF, ensures the implementation of the corresponding construction and rehabilitation projects.
