Construction of Football Technical Centers and Artificial-Turf Stadiums to Begin in Four Municipalities

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has signed the contract with the tender winner company.

Football technical centers will be constructed in the village of Chitatsqari, Zugdidi Municipality; the city of Senaki; the city of Tkibuli; and the town of Kharagauli, Kharagauli Municipality.

As part of the project, all four municipalities shall receive 300-seat spectator stands, artificial-turf training pitches, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, medical rooms, and necessary auxiliary spaces.

Across the country, the Municipal Development Fund plans to construct more than 50 football technical centers and artificial-turf stadiums.
