Rehabilitation of Rustavi Public School No. 6 in Active Phase

Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure Kvara Chartolani and Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze visited Rustavi Public School No. 6, where rehabilitation works are currently in active progress.

As part of the rehabilitation project, the school’s classrooms, auxiliary and common-use spaces will be renovated, and modern, standards-compliant educational infrastructure will be established. The school will be fully adapted to the needs of its students. Upon completion of the works, the renovated school will accommodate up to 800 students.

The reconstruction and rehabilitation project for Rustavi Public School No. 6 is valued at more than GEL 7.9 million. The project is being implemented with funding from the Government of Georgia and the World Bank.

The Municipal Development Fund continues implementing the school reconstruction and rehabilitation programme in Rustavi. The Fund will also carry out reconstruction and rehabilitation projects at other schools in the city, including Rustavi Public School No. 16.
