Tender Announced for Infrastructure Rehabilitation in Pasanauri

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a tender for infrastructure rehabilitation works in the township of Pasanauri, Dusheti Municipality.

The project provides for the rehabilitation of the hospital building located on Vazha-Pshavela Street and the Art and Music School building on Shota Rustaveli Street.

A complete rehabilitation of 300 Aragveli Street will also be carried out, along with the development of a boulevard. The project further envisages the rehabilitation of the façades of residential buildings in Pasanauri.

The design process will take into account the functional purpose of the facilities to be rehabilitated, their historical and cultural characteristics, as well as contemporary architectural approaches.

As part of the project, preliminary surveys will be conducted, architectural concept designs and detailed design and cost-estimation documentation will be prepared, followed by the implementation of construction and rehabilitation works.
Upon completion, several important public and educational facilities in Pasanauri will be upgraded, and road and public infrastructure will be improved, contributing to a more attractive and well-organized urban environment in the township.
