Competition Announced for Design of a New Building for Public School N67 in Tbilisi City

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a competition for the design of a new building for Public School N67 on Kote Abkhazi Str. In Tbilici City.

Within the project, a new building of modern standards will be built on the site of the existing school. The school is designed to accommodate 450 students, and will provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for students and teachers.

The design will take into account requirements for obtaining an authorization, building safety, energy efficiency, and the creation of an environment adapted for people with disabilities.

The project envisages also the arrangement of modern classrooms, a library, and a lab. Modern heating, water supply, and sewage systems will be installed, and the school site will be landscaped and planted with greenery.

Considering the location of the school, the design will comply with the requirements of the cultural heritage protection zone.
The design work includes conducting of preliminary studies, development of architectural and detailed design, as well as of relevant cost estimate documentation.
