Design-Build Bidding Announced for Rehabilitation of Multifunctional Complex in Dusheti

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a bidding for the preparation of a detailed design and construction work for the rehabilitation/reconstruction of a multifunctional complex, located on Davit Aghmashenebeli Str. in Dusheti.

The goal of the project is the full rehabilitation of the existing complex, and its restoration in compliance with modern standards.
As per the terms of the bidding, the documentation must take into account local climate conditions and energy efficiency, which will ensure the proper functioning of the heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems.
