Design-Build Bidding for Rehabilitation of Swimming Pool Building in Sachkhere

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a bidding for the preparation of a detailed design and cost estimate documentation for the full rehabilitation/reconstruction of the existing swimming pool building in Sachkhere Town, and the execution of the respective construction work.

The goal of the project is to rehabilitate the building in accordance with modern standards and to create a safe, reliable, and energy-efficient space.

As per the prepared documentation, the building of the swimming pool in Sachkhere will be equipped with electrical, fire safety, heating, cooling, and ventilation, as well as water supply and sewer systems.
In the process of the design, local climate conditions and the load of the building must be taken into account as well.
