DESIGN ON REHABILITATION OF “CHIKHURA” FOOTBALL CLUB TRAINING FACILITY IS TO BEGIN

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has signed a contract with the competition winner company. The project is scheduled to be completed within 6 months.
As per the project, the existing training facility of Sachkhere-based Chikhura Football Club will be completely renovated so as to meet modern standards.
The rehabilitation project provides for the reconstruction of the football field, buildings, and stands; replacement of the artificial turf; installation of a dividing fence between the fields; demolition of the dilapidated building, construction of a new building, and complete renovation of the existing one.
The project envisages also the modern engineering, technological and lighting systems to be arranged on the site.
As a result of rehabilitation of “Chikhura” Football Club training facility, the infrastructure of the club will be significantly improved, and that will contribute to development of football in Sachkhere Municipality.
