TENDER ANNOUNCED FOR THE DESIGN OF A NEW BUILDING FOR ILIA VEKUA TBILISI PUBLIC SCHOOL NO. 42

Georgia's Ministry of Infrastructure, through the Municipal Development Fund, has announced a tender for the preparation of design documentation for the construction of a new building for Tbilisi Public School No. 42 named after Ilia Vekua.
Under the project, the existing demolished school building will be replaced with a new facility designed to accommodate 800 students. While the current site planning parameters will be maintained, the architectural concept will be completely redesigned to meet modern educational, technical, and safety standards.
The design package will include architectural, structural, and engineering designs, as well as pre-design studies and the required environmental and social documentation.
Particular emphasis will be placed on energy efficiency, seismic resilience, and the creation of a safe and modern learning environment.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia will participate in the review of the project design.
The new school infrastructure will significantly improve learning conditions and provide students with a modern, safe, and high-quality educational environment.
