TENDER ANNOUNCED FOR THE REHABILITATION OF SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE IN CHIATURA

The Municipal Development Fund has announced a tender for the preparation of design documentation for the rehabilitation and modernization of sports infrastructure in the city of Chiatura.

The project will include the reconstruction of the existing stadium in compliance with UEFA Category III standards, as well as the full rehabilitation of the city's swimming pool and basketball arena.

The stadium, designed to accommodate at least 6,000 spectators, will feature upgraded grandstands, a dedicated media area, changing rooms, medical and physiotherapy facilities, as well as commercial and administrative spaces.

The sports complex will be equipped with modern safety and lighting systems that meet current international standards.

The project will contribute to the promotion of healthy lifestyles in Chiatura, support the development of sport, and enhance the city's capacity to host sporting events of international significance.
