A COMPETITION ANNOUNCED FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DORMITORY AND DINING HALL COMPLEX FOR KOMAROV SCHOOL.

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a competition for the preparation of design documentation, required for the construction of a complex of a new dormitory and dining hall for Vladimir Komarov Physics and Mathematics Public School №199 of Tbilisi.

The design of the dormitory, designed for 150 students, must provide a modern, safe, and comfortable environment for adolescents.

The new complex must include living rooms with sanitary and hygiene areas, adapted to the needs of students. It must also include common areas for recreation and study, a library, a computer lab, conference and meeting rooms, spaces for psychological and medical services, a gym, as well as a fully equipped dining hall and kitchen and appropriate storage areas.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Youth will actively participate in the design review processes.
The new complex will improve the infrastructure of Komarov School and help enhance the quality of education and living standards of students.
