AKHALBAGHI TECHNICAL STADIUM IN GORI UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, and Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Giorgi Shonia, along with State Representative to the Shida Kartli Region, Simon Guledani, inspected the progress of construction of the football technical center and stadium with artificial turf in Gori Town.

At the Akhalbaghi site in Gori, a new football technical center and stadium with artificial turf is being constructed. The stadium includes a grandstand designed to seat 300 spectators.

The project provides for complete infrastructure development, including locker rooms, water closets (WC), a security post, and other auxiliary facilities.

The project also envisages the construction of modern sports infrastructure, including artificial turf and the necessary technical equipment that will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.

The project is being implemented with financing from the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) and the Government of Georgia (GoG), and its total cost amounts to GEL 4.31 million.
