DESIGN PHASE BEGINS FOR NEW SCHOOL IN IANETI VILLAGE

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia has signed a contract with the winning company for the procurement of design services for the new public school in the village of Ianeti, Samtredia Municipality. The design phase is scheduled to be completed within six months.

The new school building, designed in line with modern educational standards, will accommodate up to 300 students.

In addition to classrooms, the facility will include a science laboratory, information and communication technology (ICT) space, library, and dedicated rooms for music, fine arts, and applied arts.

The project also provides for the arrangement of a medical office, dining area, sports hall, and changing rooms. Furthermore, the school grounds will feature an outdoor artificial-turf sports field, as well as auxiliary buildings and infrastructure necessary for the school’s full and efficient operation.

The Ianeti Public School design will subsequently serve as a replicable model for future school developments.
