TENDERS ANNOUNCED FOR DESIGN-REHABILITATION OF TELAVI, CHIATURA, GARDABANI AND TBILISI SCHOOLS

The tenders, announced by the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure, provides for the rehabilitation of a Public School in Pshaveli Village of Telavi Municipality, designed for 350 students, as well as for a Public School #2 for 750 students in Chiatura, and a Public School #64, designated for 1000 students in Tbilisi City.

The technical condition of those school buildings is to be studied, feasibility of rehabilitation-reconstruction of those school buildings is to be determined, and design documentation is to be developed, as well as the restoration works are to be carried out.

The architecture of the buildings, as well as the structures, engineering systems, and the phases of infrastructural upgrade, will be defined within the developed designs.

The rehabilitation of public schools includes upgrade of classrooms and administrative spaces, heating, ventilation and water supply systems, site landscaping, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
