A new square arrangement-rehabilitation project is to begin in Tsalenjikha

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure is to begin the design of a new square in Tsalenjikha Town, located between Tamar Mepe, Zviad Gamsakhurdia and Giorgi Mebonia Streets. Within the contract, the winning architectural company shall submit a design for the square in two stages over a period of 6 months. The first and second stages include conducting of predesign studies, developing a concept, and preparing complete design and cost estimate documentation.

A third stage is also envisaged, which will include design supervision.

The project to arrange a new square in Tsklenjikha provides for development of such infrastructure that merges harmoniously with the natural environment and creates a comfortable space for both local residents and visitors.

The design work envisages comprehensive planning of the recreational space and the development of the appropriate infrastructure. The square will feature the playgrounds for children, rest and leisure areas, green spaces, and pedestrian paths. The modern engineering infrastructure is also planned to be installed there. The upgrade of the square in Tsalenjikha Town will create a modern, safe and multifunctional space that will play an important role in urban development of the town.
