Georgia has received financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) toward the cost of the Green Investments in Buildings Project (GRIB). The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia invites companies for Consulting Services for - Design and Construction Supervision Services for Public Buildings.

LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia intends using the proceeds of a loan, in the amount of EUR 50 million, from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and grant, in the amount of EUR 10 million, from the EU Neighbourhood Investment Platform (NIP) for Energy efficiency upgrade and rehabilitation of public buildings across Georgia.
