Georgia has received financing from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) toward the cost of the Rehabilitation and Increasing Energy Efficiency measures for Public Schools in Tbilisi and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Printing and delivering "Flyers/Posters" for Educational Institutions.
