A TENDER HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED FOR THE DESIGN AND REHABILITATION OF AKHALTSIKHE PUBLIC SCHOOL NO. 2

Tenders announced by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia under the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia provide for the rehabilitation of several public schools across the country. These include the public school in Pshaveli village, Telavi Municipality, designed for 350 students; Public School No. 2 in Chiatura, with a capacity of 750 studens; the public school in Akhalsopeli village, Gardabani Municipality, intended for 300 students; and Public School No. 64 in Tbilisi, to accommodate 1,000 students.

The projects envisage a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of school buildings, determination of rehabilitation and reconstruction feasibility, preparation of design documentation, and implementation of restoration works.

Within the framework of the prepared projects, key parameters such as architectural design, structural components, engineering systems, and phases of infrastructure renewal will be defined.

The rehabilitation of public schools will include the renovation of educational and administrative spaces, modernization of heating, ventilation, and water supply systems, improvement of surrounding territories, and full compliance with safety standards.
