MDF will Commence Implementation of New Infrastructural Projects in Several Municipalities

Road and water supply projects will be implemented in Bolnisi, Gori, Kareli, Khashuri, Tetritskaro, Gardabani, Akhmeta and Telavi Municipalities. The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia will act as a project executing agency for the above-mentioned projects. Construction of wells and water distribution pressure reservoirs will start in the villages of Gori, Khashuri and Kareli municipalities, and a drainage canal will be arranged in Bolnisi.

The MDF will Implement Rehabilitation Works for the Pakhulani-Saberio Connecting Road

At the today’s session of the Government of Georgia, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia a decision was made on implementation of the national and strategic importance motor road rehabilitation, which is located in Tsalenjikha Municipality and serves as the Pakhulani Community Center and Village Saberio connecting road. The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia is the above-mentioned project executing agency.

MDF is Initiating Rehabilitation Works for Ilia Chavchavadze Statue Located in Tsitsamuri

This decision was made at the today’s session of the Government of Georgia, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Ilia Chavchavadze statue located in Mtskheta Municipality Village Tsitsamuri will undergo complete rehabilitation. The terminus will get rehabilitated, the access stairs will be reconstructed and the adjacent area will get improved. The works will be implemented by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia. The present project aims at promotion of local, public and tourist infrastructure development in Mtskheta Municipality.

The Government of Georgia has Approved the Project of a Shelter for Homeless

The project of construction of a shelter for homeless was presented at the Governmental session by the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, Davit Narmania. The present project will be implemented by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia under administration of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Estimated cost of the project is GEL 1 754 424.

Government commission has discussed the issue of construction of Vulnerable shelter

At the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure the regular session of the Interagency Commission to solve the vulnerable problems was held. Among the issues to be discussed - one of the most important was the budget , which was presented by the Municipal Development Fund in connection with the construction of a shelter for Vulnerable People .

Narmania and Khokrishvili Attended Dispensary Installation Works in Sighnaghi Municipality Village Mashnaari

Under the project for construction of 81 new dispensaries throughout Georgia, one of the dispensaries was installed in Sighnaghi Municipality Village Mashnaari. Installation of sandwich panels was attended by the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia - David Narmania and Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia – Elguja Khokrishvili. For construction of 81 new dispensaries countrywide, the Government of Georgia has allocated GEL 2,4 million. During installation works, local authorities were also present at the project site.

List of 81 Villages, where Dispensaries will be Constructed

By decision of the Government of Georgia, construction of 81 new dispensaries is launched throughout Georgia; the project is implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia and the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia. The dispensaries will be installed countrywide, including those villages, where such services were inaccessible for the citizens of Georgia. During project implementation special emphasis will be placed on the highlands and demarcation line bordering villages.

Construction of 81 New Dispensaries is Launched throughout Georgia

Construction of 81 new dispensaries is launched throughout Georgia. To this effect the Government of Georgia has allocated GEL 2,4 million.
The dispensaries will be installed by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia in the special areas selected by the municipalities. The project is being jointly implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and the Ministry of Labor, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia.

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia has a new Web-page

Today the new web-page of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia - www.mdf.org.ge has been put into operation. The MDF web-page is more flexible and customer-oriented. It is notable that the web-page structure is more advanced and in line with current trends. Announcements and novelties concerning the MDF will be promptly uploaded on the web-page. The citizens will be enabled to view the structure, services, and biographies of MDF managers. The new web-page is bilingual, therefore the information on MDF will be available both in Georgian and English languages.
