Rehabilitation of Aleksandre Kazbegi Historical Museum in borough Stepanstminda is being implemented by Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) with the World Bank (WB) support. The project value exceeds GEL 4 million.

Maya Tskitishvili, Vice-Premier, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia and Giorgi Shengelia, Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia held an instructional trip for familiarization with school construction-rehabilitation process in Marneuli Municipality.

The project considers construction of two-story Innovations Center in Gurjaani. Rehabilitation of Lake Tobavarchkhili access motor road is planned. In accordance with the Order of Government of Georgia, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development of Georgia is to undertake project implementation activities. Chkhorotsku Municipality addressed the Municipal Development Fund with a road arrangement request.
