Rehabilitation of Kobuleti Seawall

The Sub-project – „Rehabilitation of Kobuleti Seawall“, is being implemented under the Second Regional and Municipal Development Project (RMIDPS) supported by the World Bank. The SP envisages dismantling of the old protection wall and arranging instead coast protection stepped wall with the length of 1900 meters and improvement of the boulevard site in the coastline of Kobuleti City.

The Sustainable Wastewater Management Project Construction and Operation of Tskaltubo Wastewater Treatment Plant Environmental Impact Assessment Report

The Sustainable Wastewater Management Project is financed by the Government of Sweden through Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), administered by the World Bank and implemented by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF). The Project consists construction of two wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). Present Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report is for the construction and operation of Tskaltubo WWTP with the capacity of 6171 m3/d.

The Government of Georgia has declared the modernization of the Tbilisi-Rustavi road as a priority project. The project envisages upgrading the existing 17.1 km long, 2-lane road between Tbilisi and Rustavi into an international standard, “Category I” highway, with 4 lanes.Tbilisi – Rustavi Urban Link – Section 3 covers the road section between PK 4+000 to PK 5+300 and PK 6+800 to PK 10+755.
