Georgia intends to receive financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Development Project III, and to apply part of proceeds for payments under the contract for: Detailed Design & Construction for Rehabilitation of Abastumani Green and Blue Corridor.
The project foresees the rehabilitation of the backbone of the resort, thus providing the local community with improved mobility, upgraded public spaces and at the same time creating an enabling environment for the development of private investments aimed at improving tourism expansion.
