Georgia has received a loan from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of Water Infrastructure Modernization Project II, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under above mentioned Project for supply of 15 units of Double Cab Trucks for The United Water Supply Company of Georgia.

The Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Restoration of Batonis Tsikhe (Castle) in Telavi Town (Phase 2). Palace restoration project anticipates replacement of damaged parts of the building and correction of the outcomes of a number of wrong decisions made during the restoration works in the 1980s. Wood bearing structures of roof and balconies, roof decking, wood tracery vitrage, doors and brick floor is to be replaced.

Construction Works Of the Extension of Tbilisi Metro Line 2 and creation of University station

The Government of Georgia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of r Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program – Tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under contract for Construction Works of the Extension of Tbilisi Metro Line 2 and creation of University station. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

This International Invitation relates to the recruitment of the International Consultant for MDF Technical Implementation Support for Water Infrastructure Modernization Project II. The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedure of Restricted International Tender.

The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedure of Restricted International Tender.

The Government of Georgia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program – Tranche 3. Part of this financing will be used for payments under contract for Construction of Coastal Protection Facility in Anaklia, Phase II. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

Under the Regional Development Project, Contract - Development of the Visitor Management Plan and Arrangement of Museum Exhibition in the Batonis Tsikhe Castle Architectural Complex, Telavi Museum- was signed.

The Project is funded by the Government of Georgia (GoG) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) is the project executing agency. The Project envisages Modernization of Tbilisi-Rustavi Section of the Tbilisi-Red Bridge (Azerbaijani Border) Road, in particular, upgrading the existing 17.1 km long, 2-lane road between Tbilisi and Rustavi into an international standard, “Category I” highway, with 4 lanes and a general design speed of 100-120km/hour and includes “urban boulevard” section with reduced speed limit. The Project has two key objectives: (1) A local and urban one, associated to the improvement of the urban link between Tbilisi and Rustavi; (2) An international one, the enhancement of the link between Azerbaijan and Georgia, and thereby between the Caspian Sea (Baku port) and the Black Sea (Poti and Batumi ports).
