REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Georgia has received Credit from the World Bank (WB) and Grant from Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC) toward the cost of the Second Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development Project, and intends to apply the part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The assignment is to provide technical assistance to Local Self Governments (LSGs) to improve Infrastructure Project Cycle Management (PCM). It would address the full project cycle, including project identification, design and preparation, tendering, implementation, contract management, supervision, reporting and monitoring & evaluation.
