Construction of Tbilisi-Rustavi Urban link project (Sections I and III) is underway and MDF faces a number of technical and contractual issues and large daily expenditures. Therefore there is a need to make the timely decisions required for project success. MDF management took the decision to recruit a project manager – an authorized person, who will coordinate work done by different units of MDF, Engineer, consultants, and Contractor.
