Refurbishment of Lanchkhuti Central Square within the “Renovated Regions” Program, initiated by Prime Minister of Georgia, has been finalized.

12 buildings located on the main square of the city and the central square, covering the area of 13 000 sq. m, have undergone full refurbishment. The works included the adjacent site paving, landscaping, and arranging of sidewalks and parking zones.

The projects within the “Renovated Regions” Program, undergo implementation in all three municipalities of Guria by the bidding winner company - “Aghmashenebeli-Kutaisi”.

Local History Museum construction works are completed in Oni. The project was funded by Government of Georgia and its cost totals GEL 5.5 million. A new museum of modern standards was completed under the project, which is fully adapted to needs of disabled people.

Rehabilitation-accomplishment works for the new boulevard of up to 1 km length in Kobuleti have been finalized within the “Renovated Regions” Program, initiated by Prime Minister of Georgia.

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) has finalized arranging of the boulevard and improving of adjacent central streets of Ureki Borough in Ozurgeti Municipality. The project execution was backed financially by the Government of Georgia (GOG) at the cost amounting to about GEL 3.1 million.

Under the School Construction and Rehabilitation Project, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing works for rehabilitation of the public school designed for 800 pupils in Gardabani Municipality Village Gamarjveba.

On May 30-31 of 2022, the traditional annual event was held in Tbilisi related to popularization of Italian design and architecture, hosted by the Embassy of Italy to Georgia and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA).

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) has finalized full refurbishment of Public School in Kumisi Village (of Gardabani Municipality) within Schools Construction and Rehabilitation Program.

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is constructing the FIFA Category II stadium in Marneuli. The government of Georgia is funding the project with the amount of GEL 8.1 million.

With financial support from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) is to commence rehabilitation of public schools and improvement of energy efficiency in mountainous regions of Georgia.
