Telavi Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Works Ongoing in Telavi
The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing the project for construction of wastewater treatment plant in Telavi. The SIDA has extended a grant for project implementation, project cost averages GEL 12.4 million.

Bidding for designing of Gurjaani Animal Shelter to be announced during the next days
The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) is to commence arrangement of the shelters for companion animals. The biddings for construction of the shelters in Kakheti and Samtskhe-Javakheti regions will be announced until the end of the year, and in the other regions – next year. Shelters in all regions are scheduled to be constructed in 2019.

Construction of Animal Shelter in Georgian regions to commence

Construction of Sports Complex in Stepantsminda to be completed in November
The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) is to complete construction of the Sports Complex in Stepantsminda in November, 2018.
The project undergoes implementation with funding from the European Investment Bank (EIB) and its cost amounts to approximately GEL 1,500 000.

Open Day held for construction of the Dolls Museum
The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) conducted the Open Day concerning preparation of design-cost estimate documentation for construction of toys and the Dolls Museum on Mziuri Park site. At the meeting the concerned parties were enabled to get familiar with the project details prior to the Bidding announcement.

Presentation of the Children’s Park “New Mziuri” project was held in Mziuri. The new cable-way to solve conveyance problem in bad weather conditions
The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing Kobi-Gudauri cable-way design-construction works. The project at the estimated cost of GEL 81 million is backed by the Government of Georgia and it will be completed by year-end. Giorgi Shengelia, Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia together with Shalva Kereselidze, Governor of Mtskheta-Mtianeti was visiting the ongoing works’ site.
