For the first time within decades, public transport fleet of Rustavi was subjected to full replacement. Under the Urban Transport Development Program, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has transferred 22 units of 83 passenger buses of EURO5 standard to Rustavi. The population will have an opportunity to travel with above-referred buses from February 8.

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) has completed the Batumi Coast Protection Project. The 2-km section of the coastline has been renovated completely within the project.

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has completed Zugdidi Municipality Village Darcheli public school #1 construction project. GEL 1.7 million project was funded by the Government of Georgia.

MDF of MRDI has already delivered 36 buses of EURO 5 Standard to Kutaisi City. The buses are out of 175 ones, designated to be transferred to 6 cities within Urban Transport Development Program.

Under the Urban Transport Development Program, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has transferred 5 units of 8.5 m. buses of EURO5 standard to Town Poti.

Under the Urban Transport Development Program, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has transferred buses of EURO5 standard to Zugdidi.

Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia Ekaterine Tikaradze, Director of IDPs Agency Besarion Simonishvili, Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Giorgi Shengelia and Zugdidi Mayor Giorgi Shengelia handed over the keys of the new apartments to the IDP households in Zugdidi.

MDF of MRDI has delivered 10 buses of EURO 5 Standard to Gori City. These buses are out of 175 ones, designated to be handed to 6 cities within Municipal Transport Development Program.
