The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia has Completed Rehabilitation of the 4km Road in Village Mukhrovani

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia -LEPL of the Minsitry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has completed rehabilitation project for  the 4km road in Gardabani Municipality Village Mukhrovani funded by the World Bank. Project cost amounts to   GEL 625 215. There were some 30 people employed at the project site and majority of them were locals.  Today, the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia, Ilia Darchiashvili was visiting the rehabilitated road site.

Mukhrovani internal roads have not been subjected to rehabilitation since 1990, due to the above-mentioned fact the design road was completely obsoleteand population had problems of conveyance due to impassability of this road section. In particular, prior to commencement of rehabilitation works there was practically no asphalt-concrete pavement remaining on the roads. As a result of project implementation, passenger conveyance will become more safe and convenient.
