Construction of new School designated for 240 children in Tskaltubo Village of Tskaltubo Municipality is to commence

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) will provide construction and rehabilitation of 150 schools in 2019-2020. At present MDF has already announced the Bidding for design-build of up to 35 schools, including the Pubic School designated for 240 children in Tskaltubo Village of Tskaltubo Municipality, visited by Executive Director of MDF Giorgi Shengelia along  with Tskaltubo Municipality Mayor Grigol Ioseliani.

Due to absence of Pubic School in Tskaltubo Village of Tskaltubo Municipality, pupils of school are distributed among three residential houses and they are being educated in quite difficult conditions. Upon construction of the new school, Tskaltubo Village will have the School of international standards and the children will be able to be educated at school with appropriate infrastructure and well-furnished environment.

The School will be completely adapted to the people with disabilities.

 

Besides construction of new schools, MDF plans to rehabilitate tens of schools throughout the regions of Georgia and enhance the component of energy efficiency in 2019-2020.
