18 Biddings out of planned 29 on schools construction already announced by MRDI

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) has announced the Biddings for design & build of seven schools, each designated for 60 students.

 

The Bidding has been announced for schools to be constructed in 5 regions. These are the schools as follows: Public School of Orgora Village of Aspindza Municipality, Public School of Ghortubani Village of Adigeni Municipality, Public School of Osiauri Village of Akhmeta Municipality, Public School of Lailashi Village of Tsageri Municipality, Public School of Jgala Village of Tsalenjikha Municipality, Public School of Matskhovriskari Village of Abasha Municipality and Public School of Otarasheni Village of Gori Municipality. The students of schools of above mentioned Municipalities are being educated in difficult conditions. The new schools will be built in compliance with international standards and the students will be enabled to  study in well-furnished environment equipped with the proper infrastructure.

All schools will be completely adapted for the people with disabilities. At present, MDF has already announced design & build Biddings for 18 schools out of 29 ones. Schools will be constructed with the funding from the Government of Georgia (GoG). Except for construction of the new schools, for 2019-2020 MDF has scheduled rehabilitation of tens of schools in various regions of Georgia and enhancement of energy efficient component.
