Bidding for Kutaisi swimming pool design announced

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) is to develop the tourist infrastructure at Bodbe Monastery. 

There is to be arranged the two-level parking lot at Bodbe Monastery and an access road from the Monastery to St. Nino spring is to be rehabilitated as well. The project will be implemented with financial support from the European Investment Bank (EIB).

The number of tourists and pilgrims to St. Nino Convent of Bodbe has been increasing constantly, while the infrastructure being at the Monastery does not meet the increased requirements any more. 

Improvement of tourist infrastructure at Bodbe Monastery will assist to tourism of Kakheti Region to be developed even more.
