Emergency Medical Clinic undergoes construction in Tkviavi Village

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) implements construction of an Emergency Medical Clinic in Tkviavi Village of Gori Municipality located on dividing line. Juansher Burchuladze, Executive Director of MDF has conducted the site visit for overseeing the progress of construction of an Emergency Medical Clinic and inspected construction quality.

Construction works are financed out of the state budget at the cost of GEL 1,629,996.89. Construction commenced in November 2015 and will be finalized at the end of 2016. The Emergency Medical Clinic will be able to serve 15 patients simultaneously. Construction of an Emergency Medical Clinic in the village located on the dividing line is of high significance as tens of village residents have to leave for the Municipality Center for medical assistance receiving what in its turn is connected with problems. Upon the project completion the locals will not have such kind of problems anymore.

The building of an Emergency Medical Clinic along with an auxiliary structure has already been built as of today. Internal water supply, internal sewage, heating and internal power-installation works have been completed as well.

The works as follows are undergoing at the buildings: soft roofing arranging and installation of internal ventilation system, heating of floors with pumice and concrete compacting.

There are to be arranged internal and external lining too, yard fencing and landscaping works are also to be executed. There will be arranged external sewage, water supply and heating-cooling systems. There will be installed the guard, video-control, phone and TV systems.

There are employed 38 people in total while working on site.
