Beka Urushadze

Beka Urushadze – Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia since April 2025.
Beka Urushadze is an economist and holds a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies. He has received professional education in international project management, business, and finance from various international academic institutions.
He has an extensive working experience in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Urushadze was holding the managerial positions of different commercial organizations at various period of times. He served as a Managing Partner of "Urus Group," a Partner and Head of International Expansion at Space Neobank (TBC Group, LSE: TBCG), Head of Digital Banking and Business Development at “Credo Bank”, and a Business-Analyst at “Vision Fund International”. Moreover, he was the Information Technologies Manager of Georgian Representation of the “World Vision International”, and a Business-Analyst of the “World Vision International” at its US Office.
In 2011-2012, Beka Urushadze was a Project Manager at the Public Sector Financial Management Reform Supporting Project (State Procurement Agency). Since 2013, he had served as an Advisor on Information Technology Matters at the Ministry of Corrections and Probation, and was holding the position of an Advisor on the same matters at the National Agency for Crime Prevention Execution of Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation.
