Gurjaani streets Rehabilitation Sub-Project

Sub-Project envisages rehabilitation of the Baratashvili, Chavchavadze and Besiki streets in the town Gurjaani. Total length of the streets to be rehabilitated under this project is about 2.278 km. The subproject will have a long-term positive impact on the environment through improving living and transportation conditions of the local population.

Restoration of King Erekle II Palace (batonis Tsikhe Fortress, Telavi)

The sub-project is being implemented under Regional Development Project (RDP) and envisages restoration of Batonis Tsikhe Fortress, namely replacement of damaged parts of the building and rectification of negative outcomes of some earlier restoration works undertaken in 1980-ies following irrelevant design solutions; Wood bearing structures of roof and balconies, roof decking, wood tracery doors and stained-glass windows, doors and brick floor. The sub-project is being carried out by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia the World Bank support.

Biannual Environmental Monitoring Report (EMR) for the projects implemented under the Tranche 3 of the SUTIP, has been prepared by the Municipal Development Fund and covers the period of March -August 2014.

Biannual Environmental Monitoring Reports for the projects implemented under the first and second tranches of the SUTIP, have been prepared by the Municipal Development Fund and cover the periods of January-June, 2014".

IEE for the project “DESIGN OF THE EXTENSION OF THE TBILISI METRO LINE 2 AND CREATION OF UNIVERSITY STATION”

The Government of Georgia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to finance the Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program – Project 1. Part of the loan proceeds will finance the Tbilisi Metro line 2 extension including the creation of the University Station.

Restoration of Theatre and Municipality Building in Tskaltubo

The sub-project is being implemented under the Second Regional Development Project (RDP 2) supported by the World Bank. The SP envisages restoration-rehabilitation of Tskatubo Municipality Administration (Gamgeoba) building facade and interior and rehabilitation of the theater building façade situated in Tskaltubo, in the central park area.

Rehabilitation of Pavement and Storm-water Drain System of Circle Road in Tskaltubo Town sub-project

The sub-project is being implemented under the Second Regional Development Project (RDP 2) supported by the World Bank. The sub-project envisages rehabilitation of circular road in the central part of Town Tsklatubo, arrangement of storm water drainage system, pavements and rehabilitation of two bridges.
