The SP “Arrangement of Tourism Infrastructure at Khertvisi Fortress Complex” was implemented under the Third Regional Development Project (RDP III), supported by World Bank. The SP envisaged restoration-reconstruction of an old gateway, arrangement of administration office, café, tourist information center, water supply, power supply and wastewater systems for tourist infrastructure, car parking and installation of biological treatment units, car parking area, construction of a public toilet, rehabilitation of access road to Khertvisi Fortress andLandscaping of Khertvisi Fortress area.

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) is implementing the World Bank-sponsored Second Regional and Municipal Infrastructure Development Project (RMIDP II). The main objective of the Project is to improve the capacity of local governments to carry out their primary function, related to rendering the proper services to the population and the accountability for implementation of the infrastructure investment through access to the effective funding sources to the local governments. Across the country, within the scopes of the RMIDP II, the municipal infrastructure rehabilitation / reconstruction is being carried out on the basis of funding the individual sub-projects.

Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program (ADB Loan 2655-GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement in Georgia. Bi-annual Environmental Monitoring Report for the projects implemented under the Tranche1 of the SUTIP, has been prepared by the Municipal Development Fund and covers the period of July-December, 2016.

Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program SUTIP 3 (ADB Loan 3063-GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement.

The SP is being implemented under the Second Regional and Municipal Development Project (RMIDPS) supported by the World Bank. The Subproject includes rehabilitation works of Davit Aghmashenebeli, Merab Kostava, Niko Nikoladze and Guria Streets’ sidewalks.

The SP “Arrangement of Circuit Walking and Bike Trail in Bakuriani” is implemented under the Third Regional Development (RDP III), supported by World Bank and envisages arrangement of a new pedestrian and bicycle trail (total length- 2750m, width-2.5 m) in Bakuriani. On some sections of the trail, it is planned to arrange new benches, litterbins and lampposts. The Bike path will be painted in brick red and will be separated from the remaining part of the road.

The SP is being implemented under the Second Regional and Municipal Development Project (RMIDPS) supported by the World Bank. The Subproject includes rehabilitation works of ten community stadiums located in the town of Gori.

The Strategic Environmental, Social and Cultural Heritage Assessment (SECHSA) of the regional development and tourism development strategies of Samtskhe-Javakheti and Mtskheta-Mtianeti was carried for the purposes of the World Bank-financed Third Regional Development Project (RDP III). The objective of RDP III is to improve infrastructure services and institutional capacity to support the development of a tourism-based economy of the Samtskhe-Javakheti and Mtskheta-Mtianeti regions.

The SP is implementing under the Third Regional Development (RDP III), supported by World Bank. Sub-project (SP) envisages rehabilitation of the public park located in the central part of town Dusheti.
