Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program SUTIP 1 (ADB Loan - 2655 -GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement in Georgia.

The sub-project aims at rehabilitation of the historical neighborhood of Village Abastumani to create attractive environment for tourists. The named center with a small square and historical housing is an urban section distinguished by its cultural value, and its rehabilitation - great importance for the village itself as well as whole region, in general. The sub-project implementation will promote improvement of recreational and touristic services for the local population and visitors.

Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program SUTIP (ADB Loan - 3063 -GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement in Georgia.

The SP is implemented under the Third Regional Development Project (RDP III), supported by World Bank. The SP envisages rehabilitation of Bakuriani-Andeziti-Tsikhisjvari connecting road (total length- 7700 m).

Municipal Development Fund of Georgia under the Second Regional Development Program (RDP 2), supported by the World Bank, is implementing a sub-project – “Reconstruction of the Monks Cells and Service Building at Katskhi Pillar”.

Public consultation meeting on Environmental and Social Management Plan

On August 9, 2017 at 12:30, a Public consultation meeting will be held in Chiatura Municipality, Katskhi Pillar Monastery regarding Environmental and Social Management Plan of the Subproject Reconstruction of Monks cells and service building at Katskhi Pillar.

Sustainable Urban Transport Investment Program SUTIP 3 (ADB Loan 3063-GEO) aims at development of the efficient, reliable and affordable urban infrastructure and service improvement.

Project envisages rehabilitation of Ananuri architectural complex adjacent territory. In particular following shall be arranged: small scale park with stone paths, benches and lampposts, trash bins, parking area, asphalt covering.

The Sub-project – „ Zugdidi Botanical Garden Rehabilitation“, is being implemented under the Second Regional and Municipal Development Project (RMIDPS) supported by the World Bank. The SP envisages full rehabilitation of the botanical garden.
