LARP for Marshal Gelovani Avenue and Mtkvari River Right Bank Intersection modernization project (SUTIP 2)
The land acquisition and resettlement plan (LARP) is prepared within the scope of the Marshal Gelovani Avenue and Mtkvari River Right Bank Intersection modernization project. The objective of the document is to determine the magnitude of land acquisition and resettlement required and evaluate the relative compensation. The level of compensation is calculated based on the accumulated information available on the project affected physical and legal persons, real property being under their ownership/possession and their income. The document is prepared in compliance with the ADB Safeguard Policy Statement and relevant legislation of Georgia.
