The Sasha Kvaratkhelia Football Stadium with natural turf in Tsalenjikha Town is to undergo a full-scale rehabilitation, and simultaneously with that a multifunctional center of modern standards is to be constructed there too.

Construction of a school for 400 pupils is continuing in village Chkhorotskhu. According to the design, the school building will be equipped in accordance with modern educational standards, where students will get educated in an inclusive environment tailored to their needs.

Construction of the Napichkhovo Community Public School in Chkhorotsku Municipality is nearing completion. The school, which meets modern standards, is designed for 200 students.

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Beka Urushadze, the Chairman of the Roads Department Levan Darakhvelidze, Member of the Parliament of Georgia Ilia Injia, representatives of local authorities, and Director of “Enguri Attraction” Nikoloz Antidze inspected the condition of the cable-braced bridge over Magana River in Jvari Town of Tsalenjikha Municipality.

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with the heads of the ministry's sub-departmental institutions, continues to monitor ongoing projects in the regions and check the implementation quality. The Minister visited the Samegrelo region, where he inspected completed and ongoing infrastructural works on site and discussed the details of planned projects with local government representatives.

Kheta Village has now a School that meets modern standards. The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has finalized the rehabilitation of Kheta Village Public School in Khobi Municipality. The school has been renovated in accordance with international standards, and is fully adapted for people with disabilities.

The design for infrastructural upgrade of the coastlines of Anaklia and Ganmukhuri has begun. The project envisages the creation of a completely renovated, multifunctional, and accessible recreational space, covering an area of 66.5 hectares.

The first session of the Interagency Commission established to coordinate the process of public schools’ infrastructure development was held. At the session, members of the commission discussed challenges facing the infrastructure development of public schools, set specific tasks and discussed future plans. Special attention was paid to issues related to current projects and new priority schools.

A technical center and stadium with artificial turf of modern standards are to be constructed in Senaki that will open up new opportunities for young people. The project envisages the arrangement of a modern soccer pitch, a grandstand designated for 300 spectators, changing rooms, WCs, and utility rooms.
