The project considers construction of two-story Innovations Center in Gurjaani. On the ground floor of the building per design there are to be arranged as follows: entrance hall, reception, room for the guard, water closets, linking hall, administration, working rooms, storage and a conference hall, while on the second floor there will be the hall, computer room, study room as well as general working space and WCs.

Rehabilitation of Lake Tobavarchkhili access motor road is planned. In accordance with the Order of Government of Georgia, the Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development of Georgia is to undertake project implementation activities. Chkhorotsku Municipality addressed the Municipal Development Fund with a road arrangement request.

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia carries out works for arranging of square and a recreation park in Gurjaani. The project implementation is funded by European Investment Bank (EIB) and its cost amounts to approximately GEL 3.5 million.

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) constructs the animal shelter in Gurjaani Municipality. The project execution is funded from the Government of Georgia (GoG).

At the meeting, representatives of construction companies were updated on conditions of planned construction projects.

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia is implementing the project for construction of a multifunctional sports complex and swimming pool in Poti. Cost of the European Investment Bank funded project is equal to GEL 14.5 million.
