Entire rehabilitation of Tskaltubo resort zone is implemented by Municipal Development Fund of Georgia
Simultaneously several infrastructural projects and entire rehabilitation of resort zone are being implemented in Tskaltubo municipality by Municipal Development Fund of Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Today MDF executive director Giorgi Amashukeli along with local government representatives visited current works.
Within the scope of project construction rehabilitation works simultaneously are implemented on 7 objects. Resort management office and small size touring buildings are under construction on central park and lake “Tsivi” adjacent territory. At the same time central park roads, paths drainage system is being recovered and external lightening system is being installed. Internal repairing works are being implemented in the following municipal buildings: Gamgeoba building, city council building, theatre building and railway building. Small size pedestrian bridges are under rehabilitation.
Total cost of Tskaltubo rehabilitation works comprises more that GEL 39 million. By World Bank financial support MFD is implementing construction rehabilitation works where 170 workmen are hired. Rehabilitation works of Tskaltubo resort zone will be finalized by the end of the current year.
