Full scale rehabilitation works in Tskaltubo
MDF executive director Giorgi Amashukeli ,deputy executive director Tornike Toradze and World Bank representative in South Caucasus -sustainable development sector leader Ahmed Aiveida visited Tskaltubo for ongoing works monitoring purpose.
In town Tskaltubo MDF implements various infrastructural projects financed by World Bank. Water supply and sewerage system rehabilitation was finalized in 2013, currently MDF implements following projects simultaneously in towns Tskaltubo:
·"Tsivi” lake and lake outlet channels rehabilitation
· In resort management office park and on lake “Tsivi” adjacent territory small size touring building construction
· Access road to Lake “Tsivi and central park, paths, drainage systems rehabilitation . (phase 2)
· External lightening rehabilitation for circle road , central park and lake “Tsivi” territory.
· T. Tskaltubo drainage system and road surface rehabilitation (phase 2)
· Central park and lake “Tsivi” territory arrangement with greenery and irrigation system installation.
· Council and Railway buildings repairing/internal repairing works and rehabilitation of small pedestrian bridges.
· Government and Theatre buildings rehabilitation works.
Ongoing rehabilitation works are implemented by following tender winner companies:
Ltd Dagi, Ltd Erimisimidi, Ltd Java, Ltd “ Mtsvane Sakhli”,Ltd NDS Construction” Ltd “Tsekuri” Ltd ”Azertunnel” , Ltd “ Sakmilsadenmsheni” Ltd Tskalkanalmsheni and sole proprietor Temur Albekioni.
Approximately 150 locals are employed. Finalization of the works is planned in 3rd quarter of 2015.
