Construction of Tbilisi Public School No. 83 in active phase

 The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure is constructing a new building for Tbilisi Public School No. 83, which is to accommodate 650 students and fully meet modern educational standards.

 

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund, Beka Urushadze, Member of the Parliament of Georgia Sozar Subari, and Member of the City Council Zakaria Tsiklauri, inspected the ongoing construction works.

 

The project will create a safe, functional and comfortable educational environment to support students' academic development and physical activities. According to the project, the school is to accommodate fully equipped classrooms, an indoor gym, and a well-maintained yard.

 

The building will be equipped with all necessary engineering communications - modern heating, water supply, and sewage systems, which is to ensure continuity and safety of the educational process.

 

The Public-School No. 83 project was transferred to the Municipal Development Fund from the Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency (ESIDA) LEPL and is fully funded by the Government of Georgia. The project cost exceeds GEL 14.4 million.

 

The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure is proceeding with development of educational infrastructure across the country, which provides future generations with the opportunity to receive quality education and create a healthy educational environment based on modern standards.
